LUGHNASADH 2023

One of the four Celtic fire festivals, Lughnasadh takes place on the Summer Cross Quarter, the midway point between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox. It usually occurs on 1st August in the Northern Hemisphere and 1st February in the Southern Hemisphere and marks a moment of balance in the wheel of the year before the light starts to fade into autumn.
